Akha women’s neck ring, Golden Triangle, SE Asia

Huge and thick Akha women’s neck ring, Hill tribe, Golden triangle (Nothern Thailand or Myanmar).

The piece was hand-made by hammering a thick plate of silver, as it can be seen on the surface of the neckring.

High grade silver.

Late 19th or early 20th century.
